The Process
Booking your wedding photographer should feel exciting, not overwhelming. Here’s what working with Poppy and Clover Photgraphy looks like from start to finish:
Step 1: Secure Your Photographer
Once you’re engaged and have your date set, start looking for a photographer whose style and personality truly resonate with you. You don’t just want anyone behind the camera — you want someone who will capture your love story authentically, while also fitting within your vision and budget.
Step 2: Let’s Connect
When you decide to book with us, we’ll meet virtually, in person, or even over the phone. I love getting to know both the bride and groom during this first conversation. Together, we’ll go over your chosen package, any additional products you may want, and the booking details. To officially secure your date, we’ll sign a contract and a non-refundable retainer is due within one (1) week.
6 Months Prior – You’ll receive a detailed questionnaire where you can share all the important elements of your wedding day — from your vision and vibe to the must-have photos you’ve been dreaming of.
4 Weeks Prior – Final payment is due.
2 Weeks Prior – We’ll have one last check-in to review the timeline and make sure everything is set.
Day Before – I attend your rehearsal so I can familiarize myself with the space, layout, and flow of the ceremony.
Wedding Day – I’ll arrive at the agreed time and location, ready to document your story with care, creativity, and joy.
